1. What your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order for custom garments is as low as 10 units for one item.

And the minimum order for other promotional products is different based on what you are requesting. We will let you know when you quote an actual order.

2. What are the shipping costs?

All orders are generally shipped DHL or TNT. The shipping costs are depending on where you are based in and the weight of products you are ordering. If it’s a remote area for courier company. Different charges for different countries.

3. What are your terms of payment?

Full payment is required on placement of order. Payment methods are accepted are T/T, World First, Western Union and Paypal.

We can ship anywhere in the world. However we do not accept foreign credit cards.

4. What kind of fabric do you use?

Borsco Sports provides a set of fabric samples for our normal items. They are tested and chose from the market and they are wicks, keeps you cool and dry. We would be pleasure to send you a set of our fabric samples with your first order or before if needed.

5. How do I know if your size charts are fit to us?

Borsco Sport runs from Men’s XS to 5XL, Ladies L6 to L24 and Kids Y4 to Y16. Of course if you have your own size chart and want to use for your order, that will be no problem.

6. Can I send my jersey to you for customizing?

Yes. You can send it to us if you need a special process and requirement for your job. We can meet that as requested.

7. When does my order start production?

You order will begin in production once all artwork has been approved and your order has been paid in full.

8. How long does it take to make my custom uniforms?

Production time for custom order runs 2-3 weeks depending on the item and the time of the year. We can offer rush services but we don’t guarantee delivery dates. An estimated date will be given at the time of ordering. But the actual ship date can vary by up to a week depending on the date of picked up by courier as there may be at Sunday when your order is done. So the couriers company will not work on Sunday in China.
