Shipping
1. When will my order be shipped?
We strive to have items shipped within 3-4 weeks.
2. How long will it take to arrive?
Although shipping times vary based on final destination, most packages will arrive within 3-7 days.
Our shipments are generally handled by DHL but we can arrange expedited shipping for urgent shipments. Please contact your sales representative for any special shipping arrangements.
3. Order tracking?
When shipments are picked up by couriers, you will be emailed tracking information and you can keep tracking for your order on courier’s official site.
4. Shipping costs
When you order is placed, we will calculate the shipping charges in advance and displays on your order quote. These will always be the shipping charges used to process your order and no additional charges will be applied. We have no hidden shipping fees.
