How to Order

Step 1 Get in Touch

Please contact us what you are looking for as well as the details for your exact project. we would be happy to walk you through the steps. There are 3 methods for you to custom your own uniforms. This couldn't be easier!

  • Supply your own custom design

  • Add your logos and colors to one of our semi-custom design to create your own personalized look

  • If you just have an idea for what you want, you can have our artists turn your concept into reality

Step 2 Artwork & Details

We will discuss with you about the material, size chart, colors, position of logos, accessories and other specific requirements.

Sign & Approve Your Final Design

We will send you the final design for approval. A signed copy must be sent back to us by email in order to start the production process. Once the design is approved, there will be no changes to the artwork, so please carefully look over all aspects of the design. As your product is a custom design for your specification, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to check all of your order details before signing our final artwork approval.

Step 3 Place Your Order

Once the final artwork and order details are confirmed, we will send you an order form. This form will be inculded all information of the order. Please help to double check all details on the Production Order Form to avoid any errors or delay in processing your order.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of order. Orders of less than US$1000 must be paid in full at this time.

Our accounts will send you an updated invoice for the deposit or final payment amounts. Please take care of it in time for order processing.

Note that:

If any information from Step 3 is not received on or before the due date on your deadline, it may be necessary to reschedule your delivery. Therefore, it is very important that you follow Step 1 through Step 3 carefully and plan accordingly.

Step 4 Mass Production

Once we have received the payments, a pre-production print sample will be done within 3 working days and send over to you so that you can see how your garments look like before go to production.

Step 5 Final Payment & Shipping

Final payment is due before your order is dispatched. We will be contact you one week before your order is shipped for final payment. Shipment will not be sent out until the Fnal Payment is received.

Shipments are generally shipped via DHL or TNT. Other arrangements can be made upon request. Always considering Holidays and other events that can impact delivery times. Shipping time is based on 3-5 Working days, but this can vary depending on your shop area. If it belongs to a remote area, the shipping time may be taking 5-7 Working days.

When shipment is picked up by a carrier of our choice, we will send you a tracking number so that you can track it on official site at any time.
