Terms and Conditions
Availability. All orders are subject to availability, products not available will be notified to the customer as soon as possible.
Customized Orders. All customized orders will be confirmed via email. Once we have received all the relevant information for your requirements (including quantity, sizes, sponsors, numbers etc), an order confirmation sheet will be emailed over. This will outline the relevant information for the manufacture of your orders - including the garment, fabrics, sizes, quantities, embellishments and any sponsors or numbers. Specific areas to play close attention too may be outlined in the email.
It is the customer's responsibility to check all the details are correct. If there are any errors present on the confirmation sheets, Borsco Sports should be notified immediately and they will be corrected before being ordered. Only once the customer approves the confirmation sheets via email will an order be placed with the factory (subject to receipt of deposit). This email reply is taken as written confirmation all details on the order confirmation sheets are correct and orders will be manufactured accordingly. If the order is confirmed with errors present on the sheet, this is the responsibility of the customer, not Borsco Sports
Matching color.Color may have minimal change due to material change, dye manufacturer change, and even the weather. For best color results, it is best to get an exact color chart from us. If you require exact color matching for your sample, a pre-production panel can be made prior to production of your order.
Prices. Our pricing is based on what and how many items you are requesting. Discounts available for larger orders.
Payment Terms & Methods.We must receive product payment and delivery charges before we can accept and process your order. When the order sheet and artwork are both approved, we will send you a payment request, that means there will be a binding contract between us.
Payment methods accepted are paypal, worldfirst, western Union, bank deposit.
Production Time.Normally our turnaround time is 2 weeks for sublimation garments and 10-15days for promotional products, which means you can have your products in hand within 3-4 weeks.
Shipping. Our aim is to deliver within 3 weeks. Orders are generally shipped via DHL or TNT. But other arrangements can be made upon request. Always consider Holidays and other events that can impact delivery times. Normally shipping times are between 3-5 days, but this can vary depending on whether you belong to remote. So please consult with our representatives regarding delivery times.
When shipments are picked up by a carrier of our choice, we will send you a tracking number, that way you can track your order on official site at any time.
Returns or Refunds. The customer understands the garments are produced by Borsco Sports by special order based on the artwork the customer approved, so all garments may not be returned or exchanged unless it was our fault. Please ensure that your order is correct before placement. Custom orders can’t be cancelled or modified for any reason. Rest assured, If we make a mistake, we will always make it right.
